Health Summer Open Day
How our PCN’s first Health Open Day Event went
On Saturday 19th August 2023, Malvern Town PCN held a drop in Health open day, having services and information available to our patients in Malvern.
Prostate Testing - Gentleman who met the criteria for a Prostate check were able to drop in for a PSA Blood test, which proved to be a really successful service supporting Men’s Health, the 30+ gentlemen who attended then went on to speak with Richard from It’s In The Bag Testicular Cancer Support for further guidance and information.
Cervical Screening - Women who are due their Smear test also had the opportunity to drop in for a cervical screening appointment with one of our Nurses, no appointment required.
We were also joined by many other wonderful Organisations and Voluntary Sectors -
